This Shipping & Delivery Policy is effective as of January 1, 2022.
How are my orders shipped?
We ship by United Parcel Service (“UPS”) and Federal Express (“FedEx”) on a preferred basis. We also use the United States Postal Service (“USPS”), specifically for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use at the UPS, FedEx or USPS websites to follow your order. In some instances, you will receive periodic updates regarding your shipment’s progress by the shipping service. Though we try our best to make deliveries within 3-5 business days, deliveries may take longer, particularly to remote locations, holiday periods and circumstances beyond our control.
Why do you charge for shipping?
We considered offering free shipping on all orders shipped to addresses in the United States but decided against the practice. Shipping rates vary based on the season, destination, shipper and promotions. In order to adopt free shipping practices, we would have to increase our price for all customers to balance shipping costs, regardless of a customer’s individual needs. We would also likely earn a profit on shipping in our effort to balance shipping costs, which is not our intent. This is the reason that we charge for shipping. The above being said, we do offer complimentary shipping on Website orders of $150 or more.
You have the option to determine how much you pay for shipping. The third-party vendor that we use for shipping reconciles shipping charges at each shipping service (UPS, Fedex, or USPS) for each customer and selects the cheapest shipping option based on the priority of your shipment (e.g. overnight delivery vs. ground).
What are your typical shipping time frames?
We do our best to make deliveries within 3-5 business days of your order. Some deliveries may take longer to remote locations, during holiday periods and because of circumstances beyond our control, such as those that relate to COVID-19.
When will my order ship?
After placing your order, you will receive a receipt and order summary via email. Orders placed prior to 3:30PM PST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed between 3:30 and 4:30PM PST may be shipped same day based on known variances in shipper pickup schedules; otherwise, these orders will be shipped on the next business day. Once your package ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you are not getting these email notices, please check your spam folder with your email host.

Though all orders are processed on a prioritized basis, we recognize that additional services are sometimes valued. Same day delivery is available to residents of Southern California through Ziply. Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time.
